EXECUTE -
The intention of this phase is to implement the solution offered to and approved by the Sponsor. The implementation may be a good mix of steps identified in the Planning Stage.
ANALYSE -
Analysing the outcome of the intervention is a major step towards ascertaining the success of the program. The Analysis is also shared with the Sponsor to highlight the Gain ratio and needle movement in the Metrics
REVIEW -
The true definition of the success of an intervention is also a measure of the improvement over a period of time. Hence making sustainability of the improvement a good indicator.
